That Fitness Chick Coaching Services started because I felt lost in the world of exercise and eating well. I started studying because I wanted to learn more and help others learn more about nutrition & fitness. Overtime I have fallen in love with looking after my body through a healthy balance of strength training and eating a wholefoods plant based diet. Now I love the body I live in and want others to feel as good as I feel now.
